We are a restaurant team interested in using fresh Korean wasabi in our menu.

Before discussing product supply, we would like to visit your farm to better understand how your wasabi is cultivated and handled after harvest.

We are particularly interested in seeing fresh rhizomes and learning about quality differences, harvesting, storage, and recommended usage.
